Momo AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the Momo AI application and website at momo-agent.xyz. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Email address, display name, and authentication tokens when you sign up or connect via Google.
Chat data: Messages you send to the AI assistant, stored to maintain conversation context.
Connected services: When you connect Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or Slack, we store encrypted session tokens to maintain your connections. We access message content only to display it within the app.
Apps you build: HTML files generated by the app builder are stored on our servers.
Usage data: Basic analytics like feature usage to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Momo AI service
To process your AI chat requests
To connect and display your messaging platforms
To read and send emails on your behalf (Gmail integration)
To build and host apps you request
To manage your personal dashboard (todos, events, shopping lists)

4. Google User Data

When you connect your Google account, we request access to:

Gmail (read, send): To display your inbox and send emails through the AI assistant
Google Calendar (read): To show your upcoming events in the dashboard
Profile information: Your name and email for account identification

We do not share your Google data with third parties. Google data is only used to provide the features described above. You can disconnect Google access at any time in Settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

Messaging session tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM
Authentication uses JWT tokens
All API traffic uses HTTPS encryption
Data is stored on secured servers in Europe

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

AI model providers: Your chat messages are sent to AI providers (currently Xiaomi MiMo) to generate responses. Messages are not stored by the provider beyond processing.
Connected platforms: Messages are sent/received through WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack APIs as directed by you.

7. Your Rights

You can:

Delete your account and all associated data
Disconnect any connected service at any time
Export your data by contacting us
Request data deletion by emailing momo.agent.sol@gmail.com
