Momo AI - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Momo AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Momo AI is a personal AI assistant that provides:

• Chat: AI-powered conversations and task assistance
• App Builder: Create custom web apps using natural language
• Messaging: Integration with Telegram, WhatsApp, and email (with your authorization)
• Crypto Analytics: Wallet scoring, token analysis, and DeFi yield tracking
• Dashboard: Personal task management, shopping lists, events, and notes

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the Service for unauthorized purposes. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Google Account Access

When you connect your Google account, Momo AI may access:

• Gmail: Read, send, and manage email messages on your behalf
• Google Calendar: Read and create calendar events
• Profile: Your name and email address for identification

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Built Apps

Apps you create using the Builder are hosted on our servers and accessible via URL. You retain ownership of the content you create. We reserve the right to remove apps that violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through connected platforms
• Attempt to access other users data or accounts
• Interfere with the Services operation or infrastructure
• Create apps containing malicious code or harmful content

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Momo AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate AI responses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
